A little over a week after an initial order of protection was granted to Karrueche Tran, the model is going back to court.
The 28-year-old is now seeking to extend her temporary restraining order against ex-boyfriend, Chris Brown to a permanent order of protection. She and Brown are due to appear in a Los Angeles courtroom on Thursday.
According to Page Six, Tran tried to serve Brown three separate times with the temporary restraining order she received last month, but he allegedly dodged each attempt.
The couple dated from 2010 to 2015, during the period of time he went to jail for parole violations in his Rihanna assault case and got another woman pregnant before breaking up.
Tran alleges in the initial filing that during the course of their relationship Brown, now 27 years old, punched her in the stomach twice, push down a flight of stairs, threatened the lives of her friends and told others he would “take her out.”
