In a recent interview, Kenya Moore opened up about her wedding day to businessman, Marc Daly. When asked what old, borrowed, new and blue items she had on hand, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star revealed that they were supplied to her last minute.
“My aunt was there,” Moore told Bravo. “Aunt Laurie, who we know from the show. She brought me something borrowed. I had a blue guarder belt. Of course my engagement ring was the new. And the old was a photo of my grandmother, because she couldn’t be there.”
The 46-year-old also beamed about her husband, saying that she’s waited years for a love like this.
“Finally I’m in a great place because I’m in a loving relationship, in a forever relationship and I’ve waited my entire life for this. I’m happy that I’ve come to this point and I’m happy that the fans are really happy for me.”
But the reality show star, known for throwing shade as strong as the rest of her Atlanta cast mates, didn’t shy away from throwing a slight jab at naysayers.
“Normally I would say that the people who are single now, who were married before, I would say, ‘You know what, it’s life. You’re going to find your forever, just keep trying.’ But the shady girl in me says, ‘Be careful of the things you taunt other people about, because it could happen to you.’t And that is what I call karma.”
Moore is currently on the tenth season of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta, which airs on Sundays at 8pm EST.
