More details about the upcoming funeral of model and actor Kim Porter are being released.
A source close to Diddy confirms that the funeral will take place this Saturday, Nov 24 at 11 a.m. The funeral will be held at Cascade Hills Church in Porter’s hometown of Columbus, GA.
According to the
Ledger-Enquirer, an estimated 1,200 to 1,500 people are expected to attend the service at the megachurch.
Nearly a week after model and actor Kim Porter was found dead in her Toluca Lake, California home,
authorities still don’t know why she passed away.
A spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner said further tests will be needed to figure out why the 47-year-old mother unexpectedly died.
TMZ is also reporting more details about the funeral, including the fact that Sean “Diddy” Combs would like to deliver a eulogy. But it is not clear if he will be able to.
They are also reporting that Faith Evans will be performing at the funeral.
On Sunday, Diddy held a memorial at his home for his the mother of his three children —20-year-old Christian Combs, and 11-year-old twins, D’Lila and Jessie Combs. Combs also considers Porter’s eldest son, Quincy Brown, to be one of his children as well.
