Brit singer-songwriter Leona Lewis said “I do” this weekend to her longtime boyfriend Dennis Jauch.
The couple tied the knot in a Florence vineyard in Italy in front of almost 200 family and friends, People Magazine reports. The bride shone brightly in a full-length tulle gown before changing into a gorgeous beaded blush dress for the reception and a blinged-out jumpsuit for the afterparty.
The couple first met in 2010 when Jaunch was a backup singer on the “Bleeding Love” singer’s UK tour. Last August, he popped the question during their eighth anniversary.
My heart is singing the happiest song it’s ever sung,” she tweeted at the time of the engagement. “I’m bursting with joy and overcome with emotion that I get to embark on this new adventure with my best friend, my ride or die [Dennis Jauch].”
“I can’t wait to be your wife,” she added.
The feeling was mutual for Jauch.
“It’s been the most beautiful 8 years of my life with this incredible human being,” he wrote on Instagram alongside a collage of couple pics. “Here’s to many more beautiful memories.”
Congrats to the happy couple!
