I’m gonna be honest with ya, chief. I have no idea what’s going on but, apparently, Jermaine Dupri and Lil Jon are going to have some sort of role in the Super Bowl halftime show.
Producer Jazze Pha told TMZ that the pair is “gonna make it live.”
“I think Lil Jon and Jermaine Dupri and everybody gonna make it hot,” he told paparazzi. “They gonna make it live. Maybe I let the cat outta the bag, I don’t know!”
It’s not clear if the pair will be performing or just walking out onto the field to do I don’t know what but, honestly, I’m kind of interested in whatever’s gonna happen.
If this news is true, Dupri and Lil Jon will be joining Maroon 5, Big Boi, and Travis Scott, who allegedly spun a tail about speaking with Colin Kaepernick before accepting the NFL’s offer to perform.
The Super Bowl will take place at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on February 3 and will air on CBS.
