It’s not quite time to load up your Christmas shopping list, but singer Mary J. Blige is already planning a gift for fans.
The Queen of Hip Hop Soul has announced that she will release her first ever holiday album, A Mary Christmas, in October, USA Today reports.
It’s also the singer’s first new project since 2011’s My Life II: The Journey Continues Act 1. Blige is sure to put her own soulful spin on her fans’ favorite yuletide tunes for the upcoming collection.
