American Idol junkies know the four remaining ladies in the competition can sing the telephone book with ease. But do they have what it takes be the nation’s newest superstar?
Last night’s episode featured two performances per contestant and our favorites, Candice Glover and Amber Holcomb, dazzled the crowd. In the first round, the ladies performed current songs from the charts, while in the second round they performed standards.
Glover dug deep to reach a raw emotional place during her stellar performance of “You’ve Changed,” a song made famous by Billie Holiday. Holcomb performed a tear-jerking rendition of “My Funny Valentine.”
