When it comes to block parties, food, music and dancing are the three crucial ingredients. These days you can add the inescapable “Whip/ Nae Nae” to the mix as the must-have song at every summer gathering. Even cops can’t escape the catchy tune. NYPD officer James Ferrazzo, from NYC’s 79th Precinct, joined in on the fun as a block party in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn took off in a synchronized routine of rapper Silento’s popular song.
