FOX’s new fall series, starring Octavia Spencer, is a provocative and unique coming-of-age “dramedy” about a group of teenagers who live in a hospital.
In an effort to kick off their first season, FOX agreed to donate $1 to various medical charities every time videos, photos, and GIFs were posted/shared online about the show. Ultimately the “Red Band Society: Banding Together For Good” campaign reached it’s $100,000 goal and FOX is saying thank you by allowing fans to view the first episode for 100 hours (until Aug. 26).
