Romance is in the air and it’s never smelled so good.
Janelle Monae and Miguel test out their acting ability in their latest music video, “Primetime.” It’s the second single to be lifted from Monae’s most recent album, The Electric Lady.
In the clip, Joey Vice (Miguel) spots Cindi Mayweather (Monae) as she waitresses at a nightclub. Mayweather quits her job after being mistreated by customers.
Luckily, Vice is there to pick up the pieces and show her a good time. It’s romantic, beautiful, artsy and more.
