Week after week, critics continue to go after the men of Preachers of L.A. And they’ve been on a media tour explaining and defending their show.
The complete cast rolled into The Arsenio Hall Show on Halloween to discuss the naysayers and critics, who frown on them for bringing cameras into the church. Bishop Clarence McClendon shared his opinion saying, “Anytime you’re moving into space that’s uncharted, you’re going to have haters. Jesus had haters.”
His fellow castemates seem to echo that same point of view. Bishop Noel Jones put it simply, “If you don’t have any haters, you’re not that gifted.”
