Naturi Naughton, 33, shared the first pictures of her daughter, Zuri, to celebrate her first Mother’s Day and she is adorable!
“On #MyFirstMothersDay I am filled w/gratitude & humility,” she captioned the Instagram photos. “Thank you God for choosing me to be #Zuri’s Mommy & Thank you God for giving me a beautiful Mother who is my shining example! Sending [love] to all you beautiful Mothers out there!”
The Power star’s longtime partner Ben also dedicated a sweet Mother’s Day message to his girlfriend.
“Happy Mother’s Day to my moms, gma, sister and best mommy in the world @naturi4real,” he wrote. “Thanks for being a great example for our daughter and just being an extraordinary MOM! Young Z is truly blessed to have you! Oh and happy Mother’s Day to all the other moms out there. You are appreciated.”
The couple welcomed their daughter in July 2017. To celebrate her arrival, they hosted a very intimate Brooklyn baby shower with an “It Takes A Village” theme. Guests included Regina King, Nicole Beharie and Hosea Chanchez.
