Banks took to Instagram to share a message between herself and the “Anaconda” rapper, in which Banks apologizes “for whatever catty s–t I’ve said to and or about you in the past.”
Banks praised Minaj’s talent, calling her “intelligent and clever.”
The beef between the two has been going on for a while and is rumored to have begun after Minaj made fun of Banks in her mobile app. In December, Banks fired off a now-deleted Facebook post comparing Minaj to McDonald’s, “McDonalds sells a lot of burgers but no one is telling McDonalds that they’re the pinnacle of cuisine and taste. This is true for you.”
Minaj seems to have accepted the “212” rapper’s apology, writing back that Banks is talented and smart and should “focus on what really matters from now on.”
Now, that their beef has been squashed, is it too soon to wonder if the two will collab?
