If you love documentaries, look out for a freshly authorized one about Christopher Wallace, aka Notorious B.I.G.
On Monday at the Berlin Film Festival, it was announced that Submarine Entertainment and ByStorm Film are putting out a documentary about the late rapper tentatively titled, Notorious B.I.G.: One More Chance. It will be directed by Emmett and Brendan Malloy, in collaboration with Voletta Wallace, B.I.G.’s mother.
“It brings so much joy to my heart that my son Christopher’s music has made such an impact on the music community and his stories have positively inspired so many young men and women over the years, and still influencing the youth all over the world today,” Wallace said.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Biggie was the son of a welder and pre-school teacher. He rose to fame as a teenager and became one of New York’s most talented rappers. Before passing away in a drive-by shooting at the age of 23, he released two chart-topping albums: Ready to Die and Life After Death.
Biggie’s life was also portrayed in the scripted film Notorious, which came out in 2009.
