He also encouraged fathers to spend more time with their children, even through trying circumstances.

When asked if he would like to have a son, the President responded, “You know, you act as if this is a decision of mine. This really isn’t… I think what Michelle’s general view is, we’re done.”
He also said that he couldn’t ask for better kids than Sasha and Malia, but when they start dating, he’s glad they will do it in the White House where there are plenty of “men with guns.”
