Say bye to the “Big Boss” Rick Ross.
The Miami-based rapper and founder of Maybach Music Group (MMG) tells Men’s Health he’s tackling weight-loss like the giant he is.
Ross, 40, is known to flaunting his round belly practically anywhere he’s allowed to take off his shirt.
But after experiencing a very scary seizure on a plane at 35,000 feet in the air, he was convinced to change his lifestyle, which meant less 4-ounce steaks and more working out, and equally as important, more sleep.
Ross has dropped a whooping 75 pounds since beginning his diet routine. He joined Crossfit, which he has nicknamed “RossFit,” and changed his diet.

“I’m happy,” he told Men’s Health Magazine September issue, “I’m still losing weight, and now I’m starting to build hard muscle in places.”
Ross adds that he hasn’t totally gone cold turkey. He still allows himself to eat junk food, but only between noon and 5pm and only three times a week.
