In her documentary, “Life Is But A Dream,” she admitted that she worked very hard to get her body back. She said, “I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back.”

After giving birth to twin boys, Zoe Saldana was very open in a Facebook post about losing the baby weight. “Bouncing back feels impossible, but I know it is important as a woman, and now a mommy, to not give up,” she wrote. After a healthy diet and exercise, the actress did indeed bounce back.
