Blue Ivy and her aunt
Solange is undeniable. Since birth, the pair have been thick as thieves, and over the years, their relationship has blossomed.
On Saturday, the pair posed on the red carpet at the Wearable Art Gala in Los Angeles wearing beautiful dresses, and giving a special sign to photographers.
“These are two peas in the pod,” Solange’s mother, Tina Lawson captioned the photo. “They are throwing up the Tre Sign (third ward ) Houston Texas. (our hood).”
In another post, Mama Tina notes how similar Blue Ivy looked like Solange at the same age. “My baby, Solange in Wearable Art even as a baby,” she says. “Looking like Blue. Soo cute. She had the flowers way before Instagram #longislandry”
In January, Blue turned 5 years old and the family
filed legal documents to start her own hair care, clothing and mobile device products. At this pace, we can expect great things from Solange’s niece— and hopefully she’ll be just as artistic.
