There are over twenty-one Black-owned banks in the United States and Solange Knowles wants you to know that she is a client to one of them.
Sunday, the multi-faceted businesswoman shared on Instagram that she had taken the necessary steps into utilizing Black-owned banks.
“While I realize this is a very personal decision and thing to share, I’m proud to say I made that step today. Time to literally put my money where my mouth is,” she wrote. “I cannot vouch for any of these institutions, but if you are interested in the information @saintheron has posted the list.”
