Oscars partygoers are in for a treat! The Academy Awards has confirmed that Solange Knowles will be the special guest DJ at the Governors Ball.
According to Vibe, the style star announced via social media that she will be spinning for the event on Sunday.
The Academy shared the good news via Instagram saying, “We’re excited to welcome @solangeknowles as our Governors Ball special guest DJ! #Oscars”
Solange responded to the news with a little sneak peek at how she’s preparing for the big day sayng, “SO honored, humbled, and excited to be spinning at the official Oscars party ! Googling Oprah’s fave songs, lol.”
