Steve Harvey Credits Wife Marjorie With Upgrading His Fashion Game

Steve Harvey has one woman to thank for helping him step up his style: His wife.

While talking to guests on his daily talk show, The Steve Havery Show, the comedian and actor credits his better half of nearly 9 years for helping him turn his fashion sense around.

“Marjorie changed my style,” he said. “I was very different. I dressed very different before I married Marjorie Harvey.”

The comedian added that before the two tied the knot in 2007, Marjorie told him “where God is going to take you, you have to look different.”

So away went the oversized suits, matching hats and alligator shoes. Harvey said his wife was also the inspiration behind his weight loss and decision to shave his hair off.
