It looks like Tiffany Haddish may be bringing a little extra flavor to the world.
The comedian on Friday shared a photo of a bottle of her name and face on a Lawry’s Seasoned Salt container. And she was lit!
“Ok so look what @lawrysseasoning did they made me my own label. #SHEREADY #Ellen #Lawrys#joyfulgreens,” Haddish wrote in the caption.
A Lawry’s spokesperson told ESSENCE the salt was sent to the Girls Trip star by the team at McCormick & Company — Lawry’s parent company — as a thank you for being a fan of their products.
Haddish is a fan of the iconic orange salt — she recently taught Oprah Winfrey how to cook her “joyful greens” on the The Ellen DeGeneres Show. Lawry’s Seasoning is a key ingredient, of course.
Haddish told Oprah that her joyful greens are all about the feeling you put behind them: “When I pick my greens, I smile. I smile when I pick the greens, and when I wash the greens I smile. Then when I cut them up, I smile. And then when I cook them, I smile. They call it joyful greens.”
We’re looking for our invitation to Haddish’s next potluck!
EDITORS NOTE: An earlier version of this story stated that the Lawry’s steakhouse gave Haddish the container of salt. The product was actually gifted by the team at McCormick & Company.
