Today America’s national treasure, Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter, is celebrating her 37th birthday.
Messages of love have already started flowing in from fans, but Bey’s mom, Tina Knowles Lawson, got ahead of it all last night by posting a cute throwback photo and a heartfelt message to her daughter.
“It’s already your birthday where you are, so happy birthday to the nicest, owner of the most beautiful, generous, loving hearts ever !!!! Brilliant too! Always thinking, planning, analyzing, strategizing, how you can make everything you touch better!” Knowles Lawson wrote.
In the throwback photo, Beyoncé poses in a cute pink dress, which Mama Tina poignantly recalled as an exciting moment.
“You were 4 months old and I couldn’t even control the excitement and pride and the all-encompassing love I felt for you, my first born,” she shared. “I made a vow to love and cherish you every day. For the rest of my life! Sometimes I can’t believe out of all the incredible people in the world I was chosen by God to be your mom.”
No word yet on what the singer has planned for her birthday, but we’re sure it will be a celebration filled with love.
Beyoncé is currently on tour with her husband, rapper Jay-Z, with the couple’s On The Run II tour set to resume September 11 in Arlington, Texas.
