At the end of the day, Tracy G. is still fixing her crown as she rocks it without apologies. Her laugh fills the room. The co-host of
Sway in the Morning is a small package with a big aura. But at the end of the day, she admitted to ESSENCE, “I’m still a girl trying to pay off her credit cards.”
Tracy fills her days interviewing celebrities, sharing hot topics and filling the morning radio waves with good vibes. And when Tracy’s not working, she’s still working…on her brand, that is.

She’s Beauty & The Beast, her digital oasis where women can come as they are, be filled with love, light and (in Tracy’s words) some of that good sh-t!
Tracy told ESSENCE, “I help dope women spark emotional empowerment through squats, self-talk and some sass.”
Tracy likes her wellness to feeling like an intoxicating concoction of Deepak Chopra and Drake, or imagine if Buddha could twerk. Being vulnerable online allows her to share mantras and the simple things that keep her getting out of bed in the mornings and moving throughout the day. It’s this content that allows us to
see Tracy.
“Being seen is being led by God and allowing that to be my compass. So if the compass says we’re moving forward, we move forward,” she said.
