André Holland is disrupting the basketball industry in Netflix’s forthcoming High Flying Bird.
Directed by Steven Soderbergh and written by Moonlight‘s Tarell Alvin McCraney, the film, shot on an iPhone 7, sees Holland’s Dean attempting to disrupt the industry with a controversial business move during an NBA lockout.
The film features American Vandal‘s Melvin Gregg as the rookie client who teams up with Dean for the plan. High Flying Bird also stars Zazie Beetz, Sonja Sohn, Bill Duke, and Stranger Things actor Caleb McLaughlin.
High Flying Bird premieres February 8 on Netflix.
