Ciara is continuing her big comeback with some new music meant to empower!
The singer dropped her new single “Dose” on Friday after teasing that it will debut on ESPN’s All Day, Everyday. And from the lyrics alone, we can tell this Dark Child-produced anthem is meant to inspire.
“I’m a groundbreaking woman, I get loud when I wanna,” she sings. ”Put me down, I go harder. Promise that I give you life…”
“When you fall, fall,” she sings at another point. “Just get back up again…”
In an Instagram post, Ciara recorded herself singing the song acapella in her bathroom, adding in the caption that she loved the single’s lyrics.
“ I just love the lyrics to this song! One of my favorite songs I’ve done! Bathroom Fun…”
“Dose” is the third single that Ciara has released in recent months after the viral “Level Up” — with its accompanying dance challenge — and the Afrobeats-inspired “Freak Me.”
Even her toddler daughter, Sienna, can’t get enough of the marching band-inspired song. The cutie was filmed showing off her own dance moves while at her mother’s dance practice.
