This season of Real Housewives of Atlanta might have started out focused on sisterhood, but it wasn’t long before our favorite Georgia peaches returned to their shady roots.
The three-part reunion, recapping all of the drama that took place at themed parties, planned sit downs, and even in Tokyo, kicks off in April. We’ve got the tea on everything you’ll see during the highly-anticipated reunion when Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burruss, Shamari DeVoe, Nene Leakes, Eva Marcille, Porsha Williams, Marlo Hampton and Tanya Sam face one another on the couch with Andy Cohen.
In part one of the reunion, PJ’s mom will gush over her whirlwind romance with restaurateur Dennis McKinley. Fellow proud mother Burruss will also reveal an update on her personal experiences expecting a child via surrogacy.
Viewers won’t be surprised that Leakes is the first in the hot seat as Bailey calls out her former best friend for being “petty.”
In the trailer for the reunion, Leakes questions Bailey’s motives asking an unidentified person on the phone, “Why would you wanna plot to bring your good friend down?”
Bailey maintains, “I’ve tried to be a good friend to her.”
Marcille is next up when she gets confronted about not sticking by her shade.
In part two, the walk-in-closet-sized elephant in the room will be addressed as the cast discusses the details of the “Bye Wig” Party. Designated friends of the show, Hampton and Sam will be present during this episode to help recap the party along with the cast trips to Destin and Tokyo. They’ll also shed light on whether or not Leakes actually crossed the line with a very pregnant Williams off screen.
Greg Leakes will also join the ladies to engage in a frank discussion about life following his cancer diagnosis. When asked why she chose to travel while her husband is sick, Leakes replies, “If I didn’t travel Greg wouldn’t be eating.”
Burruss and Williams also clear up the timeline of when McKinley actually became a free man. And when the subject of whether or not having other women’s names tattooed on her man’s body affects her, Williams retorts, “I still lick them the same.”
In part three, Bailey radiates as she talks about her courtship with Mike Hill, suggesting that wedding bells might be arriving soon. The ladies also discuss the drama surrounding Marcille’s elaborate wedding and the state of everyone’s finances is exposed.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Reunion will premiere April 7 at 8 p.m. E/T. Shortly after Part III airs on April 28, Williams’ baby special, The Real Housewives of Atlanta Porsha’s Having a Baby premieres.
