Idris Elba is showing off his comedic chops in the new Netflix series, Turn Up Charlie. Elba stars as a down-and-out DJ working to rebuild his career while acting as a nanny to his famous best friend’s troublemaking daughter. The series was produced through Elba’s company Green Door Pictures, with Elba also serving as co-creator and co-producer of the project. Turn Up Charlie premieres March 15 on Netflix.
