Janet Hubert wants to make one thing clear, she was never unprofessional on the set of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
The actress who portrayed Vivian “Aunt Viv” Banks for the first three seasons of the 1990s sitcom sat down with the ladies of The Real to clear the air about her feud with Will Smith.

“Janet Hubert was never difficult on that set,” she said referring to herself in the third person. “Janet Hubert was so professional, it wasn’t even funny.”
Hubert went on to say she thought highly of Smith while the two shared time on the set, but in their falling out she said she thought the actor “was young” and “inexperienced.”
“I think he simply had to win.”
The actress made headlines in January after posting a clapback to Facebook over Jada Pinkett Smith’s Oscars boycott.
