Days after hitting the world with the masterpiece known as DAMN, Kendrick Lamar dropped the second video from a song off his album.
In his fresh video for “DNA,” the 29-year-old enlists the help of acting great Don Cheadle to play an overzealous detective who’s possessed by Kendrick’s spirit when trying to grill him with a lie detector test.
“Kendrick Lamar, two first names, huh,” Cheadle’s character says when entering the room. “What the f**k is up with that?”

Cheadle then proceeds to rap the lyrics of the high-energy song, performing as Kendrick would. They have a rap face off and then a weakened Cheadle let’s him go.
The video then cuts to girls driving around in a car and Kendrick playing dice with friends, that include fellow Top Dawg Entertainment members Yan Yan, Lucky and ScHoolboy Q.
According to Billboard, the rapper’s latest album, DAMN is on pace to sell around 475,000 album in its first week, topping his previous first-week album sales.
