Fox's 'Rent' Live Reveals Its Cast: Kiersey Clemons, Tinashe And Mario

Fox is set to air a stellar live musical production of Rent with a cast of amazing talent. Kiersey Clemons, Tinashe, Brandon Victor Dixon, and Mario are set to star in the production, which is a re-imagining of the Tony Award-, Pulitzer Prize-winning musical. Fox’s production is perfectly timed as Rent tells the story of seven artists, struggling to achieve their dreams amid social and political turmoil. Clemons will be taking on the role of Joanne Jefferson, while Dixon tackles Tom Collins. Tinashe and Mario will play Mimi Marquez and Benjamin Coffin III, respectively. Rent will air January 27, 2019. We’ll be watching.
