According to The Hollywood Reporter, Michael B. Jordan has just joined the cast of the upcoming superhero flick, Black Panther, which will reunite him with Creed director Ryan Coogler.
Lupita Nyong’o Might Play the Love Interest in ‘Black Panther’
There’s no word yet on who Jordan would play, but sources have hinted at him portraying a villain.
Chadwick Boseman, who made his Marvel debut in the recently released blockbuster Captain America: Civil War, will play the lead role in the stand-alone film, while Lupita Nyong’o is in talks to star alongside the two men as a love interest (yaaaas!). Naturally, the melanin-studded cast has prompted Twitter to go off, creating the hashtag #BlackPantherSoLit. We approve!
