Niecy Nash is one of the sweetest people around, but don’t push your luck.
Things get a little tense between the actress and celebrity event planner David Tutera in an exclusive new a clip from David Tutera’s Celebrations. Nash, who hired Tutera to throw a fashion-inspired bash for her daughter Dia, takes Dia dress shopping for the party.
Tutera has a few ideas in mind about Dia’s attire for her sweet sixteen party, plotting a dramatic runway moment. But he’s keeping tight-lipped about it all, which doesn’t make Nash too happy.
“How does it all work? Do we decide today?” Nash asks as her daughter tries on a dress.
“No, I’ll decide what your daughter is wearing,” Tutera says in the clip — which is not exactly the answer Nash was expecting.
However, Dia stuns as she walks out of the dressing room in a beautiful gown.
Hopefully, Nash can handle Tutera as he plans Dia’s party. And knowing Tutera, he’s sure to pull off an amazing party.
Nash and her daughter will be featured on David Tutera’s Celebrations, which airs Friday at 10 p.m. ET on WE tv.
