Ghost has officially lost his Power, but the show definitely hasn’t.
The Starz series has finally released a premiere date and teaser for Power‘s fourth season, which finds James St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick) locked up. The network’s No. 1 rated original series returns Sunday, June 25 at 9 p.m. As with season 3, episodes will be available at 12:01 a.m. ET the day they air via On Demand and the Starz App.
The new season picks up immediately after Ghost’s arrest for the murder of his romantic rival, FBI Agent Greg Knox. While the club owner/drug kingpin has committed his share of crimes, this is not one of them.
“You don’t really think I did this,” he pleads to former girlfriend/Assistant U.S. Attorney Angela (Lela Loren) as she walks by him in court. “You’re right, Jamie,” she coldly responds. “I know you did it.”
Spotted in the short teaser above is Charlie Murphy, who plays a prison guard in the upcoming season. Earlier this month, the Chappelle’s Show alum died at the age of 57 after a battle with leukemia.
