Rashida Jones will be joining the Johnson family on Black-ish!
According to Entertainment Weekly, the talented multi-hyphenate will play Bow’s sister in an episode scheduled to air in late April. The storyline will center on the incorrect belief that the two sisters have a lot in common.
Aside from both actresses actually being biracial like their Black-ish characters, they also share famous parents (Quincy Jones and Diana Ross) and have known each other for years.

Rashida currently stars in TBS comedy, Angie Tribeca and she’s the executive producer of TNT’s Claws starring Niecey Nash and Karrueche Tran. Tracee recently won a Golden Globe for her role on Black-ish, making her the first black woman to win Best Actress in a Comedy award since 1983.
“This is for all the women, women of color, and colorful people whose stories, ideas, thoughts are not always considered worthy and valid and important,” Tracee said in her speech. “But I want you to know that I see you. We see you.”
