There may never have been a story of more woe than Juliet and her Romeo, but Shakespeare-inspired series Still Star-Crossed has its own share of misfortune.
The low-rated freshman ABC drama is moving from its prime Monday night slot to Saturdays after three episodes with lackluster returns. The Shondaland drama, which isn’t on the schedule for a few weeks, will resume its run on its new night beginning July 8 at 10 p.m. ET, EW has confirmed.
The Romeo and Juliet sequel, based on a Melinda Taub novel, landed a prime summer slot on ABC behind The Bachelorette. The show has proved to be fortune’s fool, underperforming with a debut that only drew 2.3 million viewers with ratings slipping each week since.
