In the season of gala’s and holiday parties, yesterday evening, the New York City-based nonprofit organization Housing Works hosted a celeb-filled event in order to raise money for health, support, and advocacy services for those impacted by homelessness and HIV/AIDs.
In order to do this Housing Works has opened its flagship retail store in New York’s Chelsea area for a ticketed shopping experience today and tomorrow. To continue the brands’ groundbreaking work, the Fashion For Action sale will include all-new merchandise donated by fashion’s top designers. The sale will also feature wardrobe from the 70s inspired HBO Series, “THE DEUCE.”
Last night, the VIP reception took place with industry insiders such as Iman, Bethann Hardison, and Bevy Smith showing their support. Check out these images below.
