It appears Angela Simmons and Romeo Miller may confront each other on Thursday night’s Growing Up Hip Hop.
It comes after Simmons revealed in a recent interview that Miller broke his promise to “be there for” her after the death of her former fiancé, Sutton Tennyson, who’s also the father of her 3-year-old of the same name.
In an exclusive preview obtained by ESSENCE, Simmons storms into a party Miller was throwing. By the way, he didn’t even both to invite Rev. Run’s daughter. In last week’s episode, Miller told her sister Vanessa that he didn’t invite Simmons because he didn’t like the provocative pictures she had been posting on social media, along with rumors that she’s now dating again. Before Tennyson’s death, the two had agreed to date after years of flirting with each other.
“Romeo has my number. If [he] wanted to call me, [he] could,” she says in a confessional. “So if you have an opinion that’s awesome darling, but you could also call me and let me know.”
After her sister asks if she’s tried reaching out to Miller, Simmon replies, “Vanessa, you know he doesn’t answer.”
“He’s trying to do this in front of the world so let’s get it over with,” she says, a vague nod to the reality show cameras, “because I’ve called him. I’ve DM’d him. I’ve texted him. This is normal…That’s the kind of person he is. I didn’t realize.”
She adds in the preview, “You have someone that says they’re there for you, you never hear from them and now all of a sudden he comes and has this conversation with you…it’s immature.”
While Simmons says she’s open to hashing things out with Miller in a conversation, she deadpans: but “it’ll be the last one.”
Growing Up Hip Hop airs Thursday night at 9 p.m. ET/PT on we TV.
