When it comes to what a bride looks like in 2019, there is no real answer. From colored gowns to suits, the typical white princess puffer dress is slowly being replaced to fit this generations simple aesthetic. And New Zealand designer Karen Walker has created the ideal wedding collection for the future bride who has a modern flair. This is Walkers first step into the bridal market, as she is a master at creating the perfect accessory from jewelry to eyewear.
Launching today, Walker’s new collection KW Atelier, will feature a full bridal and engagement ring mash-up. The collection consists of 12 dresses and 2 three-piece suits as well as 14 different jewelry styles. The wedding wear is priced between $950 and $3,000, but the best part is that the price includes a direct conversation with the designer herself. Although Walker is located in New Zealand, she will consult by phone or e-mail and will work with local tailors to make sure that whatever wedding style is 100 percent ready to be worn down the aisle.
Planning a wedding can be pricey; however, KW Atelier has managed to enter the wedding market by creating a luxe collection at an affordable price point. The KW Atelier jewelry begins at $1,000 and has eight different stones that include black diamonds, peach morganite and grey moonstone to choose from.
And for those couples who elope, this collection also has you covered. Two styles will be offered for sale off the rack for last-minute Vegas weddings and beyond. You can purchase KW Atelier at the New Zealand flagship location or at karenwalker.com.
