Yesterday, Christian Siriano gave his audience a preview of his pop-inspired Spring/Summer 2020 Collection at the Gotham Hall in New York City. The Project Runway winner explained that he wanted this collection to be vibrant and have a different flair from his other designs. “I wanted the collection to feel playful, colorful, bright, and romantic but still powerful and exciting,” the desigenr explained
Louisiana artist and gallery owner, Ashley Longshore inspired his collection. Her whimsical and playful use of color and texture moved the Siriano so much that he invited the artist to appear at his runway show, as she touched up a canvas while models sauntered around her.
“I wanted the collection to feel playful, colorful, bright, and romantic but still powerful and exciting.”
