June is Pride month and many fashion retailers and brands are using their platforms to promote the message of inclusivity with limited-edition collections. Some companies, however, went the extra mile by pledging their profits to LGBTQ+ organizations.
Here are some of this year’s best Pride collections that also give back:
Express Love Unites Collection
Popular fashion retailer Express teamed up with GLAAD and OUT Magazine to launch the Love Unites collection, a gender-fluid drop. This collaborative release pays tribute to nearly five decades of Pride. For every Love Unites item purchased by July 15, Express will donate 25% of the net income to GLAAD to accelerate acceptance for the LGBTQ+ community with a minimum donation of $100,000.

ASOS Design and GLAAD have partnered on their third capsule, with 100% of the proceeds from their 50-piece collections being benefitting the organization.

Adidas Love Unites Collection
Adidas is kicking off Pride with a new iteration of its Love Unites collection–a global call for people to come together in recognition of the progress made since the Stonewall Riots. Adidas is donating a portion of the proceeds to The Trevor Project, the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQ+ youth.

DKNY Pride Collection
DKNY partnered with the Hetrick-Martin Institute–the nation’s oldest and largest LGBTQ+ youth organization–for a special Pride Collection. The drop celebrates the arrival of WORLD PRIDE in NYC, which also commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Riots.

Nike BETRUE Collection
The BETRUE collection, which started as a grassroots effort by Nike Employees, has grown into a highly sought-after annual drop, raising more than 3.5 million dollars for LGBTQ+-related causes.

Levi’s Pride Collection
Levi’s continues their support of the LGBTQ+ community with the release of its Pride collection, which celebrates the power found when communities come together. In addition to the special-edition drop, the brand will continue its ongoing partnership with Out Right Action International, a global human rights organization.

Brooks Running Run Proud Collection
To kick off Pride month, Brooks Running has debuted its Run Proud Collection of apparel and accessories. In addition to the collab, the fitness brand has launched a two-year partnership with International Front Runners, as they continue to celebrate all who run and all who love.

Macy’s x Trevor Project Collection
Macy’s has partnered with the Trevor Project, one of the most prominent suicide awareness organizations for at-risk LGBTQ+ youth. This three-piece capsule collection is part of a series of launches from the retailer’s Pride + Joy initiative. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Trevor Project.

H&M Stay True, Stay You Collection
H&M continues their longstanding support of the LGBTQ+ community with the launch of their Stay True, Stay You campaign. This festive capsule collection is for men, women and non-binary individuals, with 10% of each sale benefitting the United Nations Free & Equal Campaign, which advocates for equal rights and equal treatment of the worldwide LGBTQ+ community.

Bombas Pride Collection
In honor of Pride Month, sock company Bombas launched a limited-edition collection. The socks in the collection are made from an innovative space dye technique, so no two socks will look the same. To combat the high number of LGBTQ+ youth, which make up nearly 40% of the total homeless youth across the country, Bombas is teaming up with Ally Coalition and donate 40% of all donation socks.

Reebok Pride Pack
Reebok has released a limited edition Pride Pack. The capsule collection remixes some of the brand’s most iconic silhouettes including the Club C, Classic Leather and Freestyle Hi. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Fenway Health–a healthcare facility in Boston–to support their ongoing mission of supporting the overall well-being of members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Helmut Lang
Helmut Lang and Artforum Magazine have joined forces for the first time in honor of Pride 2019 to create a limited-edition capsule line. The Helmut Lang x Artforum collection features a range of unique t-shirts and hoodies which all feature a special Artforum pride. A portion of the proceeds from this collection will be donated to the LGBT Community Center in New York City.

Michael Kors
In honor of World Pride 2020 and the 50thAnniversary of the Stonewall Rights, Michael Kors has released a limited-edition Pride collection. Out of this 5-piece collection, 100 % of the profits from the rainbow MK Logo Shirt will be donated to the, God’s Love We Deliver. A meal service that provides free meals for people with serious illnesses who are unable to cook for themselves. God’s Love We Deliver has also been a longtime advocate for LGBTQ rights, and those living with HIV/AIDS.
