Samuel L. Jackson does not care what you think of him. And he drove home that point in a recent interview.
“I know how many motherf***ers hate me,” he told Esquire. ‘I’m never going to see a Sam Jackson movie again.’ F**k I care?”
“If you never went to another movie I did in my life, I’m not going to lose anymore. I already cashed that check. F**k you,“ he added. ”Burn my videotapes. I don’t give a f**k. ‘You’re an actor. Stick to acting.’ ‘No, mother f**ker. I’m a human being that feels a certain way.’“
The Captain Marvel actor, who’s appeared in a total of 11 films from the franchise,
has as always been vocal about his politics, and he’s been especially loud about his dislike for our current president and his agenda.
“This motherf**ker is ruining the planet and all kinds of other crazy s**t. And the people think that’s okay. It’s not f**king okay. And if you’re not saying anything, then you’re complicit,” he said. “And I wouldn’t give a f**k if I was a garbageman and I had a Twitter account; I’d tweet that s**t out. I’m not thinking about who I am and what my job is when I do that s**t.”
Jackson, who’s often called himself a “revolutionary,” doesn’t seem to be leaving that box anytime soon. And we’re here for it!
