Yesterday, the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and Vogue magazine hosted the CFDA/ Vogue Fashion Fund Show and Tea Party at the Chateau Marmont hotel in Los Angeles, and based on Instagram, it appears the event was one of the most stylish and fun of the year.
A few of our favorite celebrities hit the event in very fashionable looks. Tracee Ellis Ross, who Snapchatted the event for Vogue, showed up in a gorgeous blue scoop neck sweater and knit skirt from Prabal Gurung’s Spring 2018 collection.
Zendaya was also in attendance wearing a peach blouse and patterned pants from Teresa Helbig, and Laverne Cox hit the event in a floral dress and cardigan from Kate Spade.
However the most memorable moment of the event was most likely the show presented by Telfar Clemens of menswear label Telfar. It featured male models literally voguing down the runway. It doesn’t get any better than that!
At the event, Telfar and nine other designer finalists competed in the CFDA/ Vogue Fashion Fund for a grand prize of $400,000 and a mentorship from CFDA members and Vogue editors. The winner will be announced on November 6.
