Joined by Robin and Andrea McBride, who cofounded the über-successful McBride Sisters Wine Collection in 2010, the Wades will also bring us up to speed on how their adjusting to this new reality as a family in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since officially retiring from the NBA in 2019, D Wade has pursued several passions outside of his love for the game, including the launch of his wine company, Wade Cellars. The company offers a variety of iconic California wines inspired by Wade’s love of the great wines of Napa Valley.
The McBride sisters created the McBride Sisters Wine Collection, now the largest African-American-owned wine company in the United States, to unite their parallel lives and passions, offering a collection of wines that authentically reflect the sisters’ signature style, which blends old-world elegance with new-world finesse.
Actress, entrepreneur, author and activist Gabrielle Union’s latest project, L.A.’s Finest, a TV spin-off from the Bad Boys movie franchise, is currently streaming on Charters’ Spectrum. She also recently penned a children’s book, Welcome to the Party—a love letter from parents to their children about the party that is life. The proud mother and wife is also known for championing important causes such as breast health and combating sexual violence.
