North Carolina based model and actor Xavier Perkins, 38, is giving us lots to swoon about this Monday morning. He’s a regular at the gym, he’s big on supporting charities and he loves professional and confident women.
“I love living in the Queen City (as it is locally known),” says Perkins. “There is always something to do, like attending a Carolinas Panthers game or Charlotte Hornets game. Also, I enjoy hanging out downtown with the fellas. In Charlotte, you are a short driving distance from the mountains and the beach where I always go swimming.”
“Since I believe in multiple streams of income, I earn money several ways,” Perkins reveals. “I’ve mentioned day trading, modeling and acting. I also had my own real estate business which has kept me motivated to have multiple lines of income and to have investment diversification.”
“I have always had a good relationship with my mother all my life,” Perkins shares. “She has instilled in me a lot of love and I’m forever grateful for everything she has taught me. My dad and I haven’t always seen eye-to-eye, but despite the differences, we can still talk about the important events in my life.”
“Growing up, I remember playing basketball, football, baseball, soccer, running track and practicing karate,” says Perkins. “I stayed very active which motivated me to stay in shape throughout my life.”
“Day trading has my hands busy throughout the day, but I enjoy the challenges it brings on a day to day basis,” says Perkins. “I also enjoy modeling and acting. I’m always open to meeting new people and networking.”
“My inspiration to keep going when I feel like giving up is simply my belief in God,” says Perkins. “I rely upon His strength to push forward.”
“I enjoy giving donations to local charities and actively support the Breast Cancer Foundation,” says Perkins. “Statistics illustrate that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with cancer in her lifetime. “I always felt loved by my parents and had a very happy childhood,” says Perkins. “One of the best memories I have is riding my four-wheeler through the mud, and my father taking me to the gun range.”

“I am typically excited by a woman who is professional, articulate and confident,” says Perkins. “I am also excited by a woman who takes pride in her health and appearance.”
Perkins enjoys yoga and pilates, but he loves Krispy Kreme donuts too. Another unexpected hobby? He likes to go horseback riding.
