I went to the cafeteria at work with this lipstick and my favorite cashier said, “Oh honey, are you doing another one of those stories? Yellow isn’t your color.” With all lipsticks it’s imperative that you find the shade that matches your skin tone best, that may have been where I went wrong.

I grabbed drinks with a friend and held back from saying “I am doing this for a story please don’t judge me”. As soon as she caught sight of the lip she said, “I’ve been dying to try a blue lipstick this one looks great on you! Can I try it?”

While I was walking into work I saw a woman quickly tap her neighbor and say, “Oh no she didn’t!” Another man shouted at me telling me to “wipe that green stuff off my lips”. It obvious green isn’t a New York favorite; however, all the beauty editors in my office loved this shade. Whose opinion really counts here?

I couldn’t leave my house before I got a remark on this lip. My father immediately double took and said, “Are you allowed to wear that lipstick to work? It seems like a bit much.” This lipstick gave me a feeling of both mystery and confidence that I could pull it off!

When I put this lipstick on and told myself I didn’t care what anyone’s response was because I was in LOVE. I grabbed my morning coffee and the cashier mentioned that she was “totally obsessed” with my lipstick and asked where I got it. This one has definitely made it into my make-up bag!
