The 65th Grammy Awards was truly one to remember. Hosted by Trevor Noah, this year’s ceremony was held at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, and featured many of the biggest and brightest artists in the music industry.
The evening was filled with many notable achievements; the first being Viola Davis reaching EGOT status, after picking up her first Grammy. The 57-year-old actress won the award for the Best Audiobook, Narration and Storytelling Recording for her memoir, Finding Me. This honor follows her Emmy win for How to Get Away With Murder in 2015, an Oscar for Fences in 2017, and a Tony for both King Hedley II in 2001 and 2010’s Fences.
Beyoncé made history on Sunday by winning her 32nd Grammy Award, moving past Georg Solti and making her the most awarded artist in the ceremony’s history. She won in the category of “The iconic entertainer won her first Grammy in 2001 with the group Destiny’s Child, and she hasn’t looked back since. In addition to Beyoncé, winners at the 65th Grammys included Kendrick Lamar, Muni Long, Future and more.

Beyoncé
Beyoncé made history on Sunday night by winning her 32nd Grammy Award, moving past Georg Solti and making her the most awarded artist in the ceremony’s history. She won awards for Best R&B Song for “Cuff It,” Best Traditional R&B Performance for “Plastic Off the Sofa,” Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “Break My Soul,” and Best Dance/Electronic Music Album for Renaissance.
