Hair Street Style: Curl Talk

When Toia B of ToBNatural decided to become natural in 2009, her number one goal was to inspire women everywhere and share what she learned during her journey. Fast forward five years and she’s celebrating the second annual Healthy Hair & Beauty Affair for natural ladies looking to network and learn the latest techniques in the natural hair world.
