The island is filled with some really gorgeous flowers. It’s nice to take some time out and appreciate Mother Nature’s creations.

St. Maarten is filled with friendly iguanas! You can catch them roaming around in the grass like this guy or even hanging out poolside.

It’s always a good idea to have a little breakfast in bed, after all you’re on vacay.

Indulging in some French cuisine is a must while visiting St. Maarten. Dinner at La Mer was absolutely delicious.

Enjoying restaurants at resort is always nice, but you have to get off the grounds and enjoy some the local food. Visit one of the “Lolos” in Grand Case – my fave little restaurant was Talk of the Town.

Put your swimsuit on, grab some sunblock, and hit the road. It’s time to do some island hopping! Definitely one of the perks about vacationing in the Caribbean.

Take a quick day trip to Anguilla – its just a quick 30 min boat ride!

Relax and soak up the sun at Shoal Bay Beach in Anguilla. Enjoy 2 miles of this beautiful pearly white sand. It’s also one of the top 10 beaches to visit in the Caribbean, which is a plus!
