These five cocktail recipes are fun and classic, just like your mom, and perfect for toasting to the woman no one can ever replace.

Kir Royale
INGREDIENTS:
1 bottle of French Champagne, such as Billecart
2 ounces crème de cassis, such as Vissoux or Lejay
2 raspberries
DIRECTIONS:
Place two Champagne flutes in the freezer. Wait at least 10 minutes, then drop a raspberry in each and add 1 ounce of crème de cassis for each cocktail. Slowly and carefully fill the rest of each flute with champagne, then serve to Mama with a kiss and a thank you.

Strawberry Lemonade
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
8 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 cups fresh strawberries
4 1/2 cups sparkling water
Additional strawberry slices for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Add lemon juice and sugar to a bowl and whisk together until sugar dissolves. Next, add strawberries to food processor or blender and puree until completely smooth. Run the strawberry puree through a fine mesh strainer. For the lemonade, add strawberry puree to lemon juice in a pitcher then add water and stir together. Add additional berry slices.
Add ice to serving glasses and fill each glass with lemonade and serve.

White Sangria with Mango and Berries
INGREDIENTS:
1 mango, peeled and diced
1/2 orange, thinly sliced
5-6 strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup raspberries
1/3 cup Cointreau, Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liquor
1 bottle white wine
fresh mint leaves, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Add all the ingredients to a pitcher and refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
To serve, stir the ingredients in the pitcher, then pour over a glass of ice. Garnish with fresh mint.

The Venetian
DIRECTIONS:
In a wineglass with ice, combine 1½ oz. Campari, 2 oz. soda water, and 4 oz. Prosecco. Stir, and garnish with a fresh orange slice.

Sweet Tea Sangria
INGREDIENTS:
1 750-ml. bottle white wine, such as Sauvignon Blanc
4 cups sweet tea
1/4 cups triple sec
2 cups sliced frozen peaches
2 cups raspberries
Fresh mint, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a pitcher, combine wine, sweet tea, triple sec, frozen peaches and raspberries and stir until combined. Refrigerate until chilled.
Serve garnished with mint.
